Returns Period

We accept returns up to 28 days after dispatch provided the goods are still in saleable condition (no tears or writing, sealed packs must be unopened etc.)

A copy of the order confirmation email or invoice must be included so we can identify the return as yours.

Please Note: Refunds can only be applied to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you have received incorrect or faulty goods, please contact Eason customer service before returning your items by completing this form.

Change of Mind Returns

Return via Post Office (Republic of Ireland and International)
Post the goods back to us, via your local postal service or preferred courier.  Enclose the invoice or order confirmation email. Note: postage on returned goods will be borne by the customer for change of mind returns.

Click & Post offers a quick and easy way to buy your postage labels or book a shopping return online. Click on retailer and use your order number for Retailer Order Reference.

Charges apply as follows: €4.95 to bring your return to a drop-off location or €6.00 to book a Collection for your return. *

Return Your Order for Free by visiting SELECTED Stores:
Simply take your returned items and a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email with you into your local store within 28 days of dispatch. The staff there will look after the returned items and our online team will arrange a refund onto the original payment method used for the order.

Please note, our franchise stores are NOT participating in online returns:
